Brazil's 30 réis Bull's Eye — the world's second postage stamp, after the Penny Black.
Brazil's Bull's Eye stamps, issued August 1, 1843, were only the second adhesive postage stamps in the world, three years after the Penny Black. The distinctive oval design gave them their nickname.
