Uganda 1980 75th Anniversary of Rotary International

This set of four stamps commemorates the 75th anniversary of Rotary International. Each stamp features the Rotary International emblem alongside a depiction of the Grey Crowned Crane (Balearica regulorum), the national bird of Uganda. The designs elegantly merge the international organization's symbol with a significant national symbol.

Issued in 1980, this set highlights Uganda's participation in global community service organizations during a period of political transition following the end of Idi Amin's regime the previous year.
