A French 10 centimes Sower stamp, depicting Marianne scattering seeds, overprinted with 'GOUVERNEMENT MONTENEGRIN' and 'BORDEAUX' for the Montenegrin government in exile.
Issued by the Montenegrin government in exile during World War I, after Montenegro was occupied by Austro-Hungarian forces. These stamps were used for official correspondence from Bordeaux, France.
