South West Africa bantam stamps
South Africa · 2000 ·
Stamps produced in South Africa during World War two and overprinted for use in South West Africa (now Namibia). The stamps were rouletted vertically as a wartime economy measure so that three stamps could be produced from the same amount of paper normally used to produce one.
