A block of four 1½ cent imperforate stamps depicting a portrait of President Warren G. Harding, showing the intersecting gutters from the center of the sheet.
Issued as a memorial to President Warren G. Harding, who died in office in 1923. The imperforate version was primarily produced for collectors.
