The stamp features a central cross design with Cyrillic text 'ВЪ ПОЛЬЗУ ПОСТРАДАВШИХЪ ОТЪ ВОЙНЫ' (In aid of those suffering from the war) and '3 КОП.' and '7 КОП.' denominations, set within a decorative border.
