This stamp commemorates the 150th anniversary of the first postage stamps issued by the Straits Settlements in 1867. The design features a stamp-on-stamp motif, showcasing the original 1.5 cents on half anna stamp which overprinted an Indian stamp with a portrait of Queen Victoria.
