This definitive stamp features a portrait of Sultan Ibrahim of Johore, facing left, within an ornate oval frame. The design is printed in a distinctive olive-green and black color combination. The denomination '20 CENTS' is prominently displayed at the bottom, with 'JOHORE' inscribed above the portrait.

Issued in 1918 for the state of Johore, then part of the Federated Malay States under British protection. This series replaced earlier designs and was used until the early 1920s.
