This definitive stamp features the coat of arms of Central Lithuania, which combines the Polish White Eagle and the Lithuanian Vytis (a knight on horseback). The denomination of 25 Marka is inscribed at the bottom, with 'LITWA SRODKOWA' (Central Lithuania) at the top and 'POCZTA' (Post) on the sides.

Issued in 1920 for the short-lived Republic of Central Lithuania, a Polish-majority state created after a staged mutiny. The state was incorporated into Poland in 1922.
