A 2-cent green stamp featuring an allegorical female head (Liberty), diagonally overprinted in red with the word 'VICTORY'.

This stamp, originally issued during the Japanese Occupation of the Philippines (1942-1944), was overprinted 'VICTORY' by the returning Commonwealth government or Allied forces in 1945 to commemorate the liberation of the Philippines from Japanese rule.
