An Ottoman stamp from 1909, featuring the tughra of the House of Osman, overprinted with 'ΕΛΛ(ΗΝΙΚΗ) ΔΙΟΙΚ(ΗΣΙΣ) ΓΚΙΟΥΜΟΥΛΤΖΙΝΑΣ', the Greek royal coat of arms, and a new value of 25 Lepta.

Issued by the Greek administration of Giumultzine (Komotini) immediately after the 2nd Balkan War in 1913, this stamp marks the Greek occupation of the region from the Ottoman Empire.
