The stamp features the word 'ΕΚΣΤΡΑΤΕΙΑ' (Campaign) at the top and 'ΕΛΛΑΣ' (Greece) at the bottom, with '2 Λ.' (2 Lepta) in the lower corners, all within a simple rectangular frame.
This stamp was issued for use in territories occupied by Greece after the First Balkan War and later served as a regular definitive stamp from 1914 onwards.
