The stamp features the Victoria Clock Tower in Hong Kong, framed by an ornate border. 'HONG KONG' is at the top, and 'POSTAGE & REVENUE' with '50 CENTS' is at the bottom.
This stamp is part of the 1938-1952 King George VI definitive series for Hong Kong, which depicted local scenes and landmarks. The Victoria Clock Tower, completed in 1915, was a prominent landmark associated with the Kowloon-Canton Railway terminus.
