This set consists of six Soviet definitive stamps from the 1937-1941 period, overprinted with 'EESTI POST' and a new denomination. The overprints were applied locally in cities like Tallinn, Tartu, and Narva during the German occupation of Estonia in World War II. The underlying Soviet stamps feature portraits of workers, soldiers, and pilots.

Issued in 1941 after the German invasion of the Soviet Union, these stamps represent a brief period of Estonian postal administration under German occupation, before German-issued 'Ostland' stamps became standard.
