An Ottoman Empire 1909 stamp featuring the Tughra of Sultan Mehmed V, overprinted by Greece with the royal coat of arms, 'ΕΛΛ(ΗΝΙΚΗ) ΔΙΟΙΚ(ΗΣΙΣ) ΓΚΙΟΥΜΟΥΛΤΖΙΝΑΣ' (Hellenic Administration of Giumulzine), and a new denomination of 25 Lepta.

This stamp was issued by the Hellenic Administration of Giumulzine (Komotini) immediately after the Second Balkan War in 1913, marking the Greek occupation and administration of the region.
