This definitive stamp features the first Coat of Arms of the Principality of Bulgaria, adopted in 1879. The design shows a crowned lion rampant within a crowned ermine mantle, a symbol of the newly established Bulgarian state. The denomination '5 СТОТИНКИ' is inscribed below the central design.
