This stamp commemorates the inscription of the Old Bridge area of the Old City of Mostar onto the UNESCO World Heritage List. The design features a classic view of the iconic Stari Most (Old Bridge) spanning the Neretva River, a symbol of reconciliation and international cooperation.

Issued in 2005, this stamp celebrates the successful reconstruction of the 16th-century Ottoman bridge, which was destroyed in 1993 during the Croat–Bosniak War, and its recognition as a site of outstanding universal value by UNESCO.
